Your private day trip in the Roman countryside begins when your chauffeur comes to pick you up from your hotel in Rome. Your driver will tell you about the area as you head just 40 minutes outside of Rome to the prestigious area called Castelli Romani, comprised of a hilly landscape dotted with charming small towns and filled with VIP country residences since Roman times.

Your first stop is one of the charming towns such as Rocca di Papa or perhaps Castel Gandolfo where the Pope has his summer residence near Lake Albano. Enjoy the beautiful views, quaint streets and a gelato as you stroll.

Your next destination is a Frascati winery. You will be welcomed by an English-speaking winery guide and given a winery tour to learn about the wines (mostly white) produced on the property.

Your visit concludes with a light lunch with wine tasting so you can taste the wines for yourself.
