If you have never been to the Eternal City before, then we highly recommend your first activity be a Rome Discovery Tour to get an overview of the city and see the highlights with one of our friendly, English-speaking drivers with a luxury car.

Take a selfie with the Colosseum as your backdrop, drive past the iconic Forum and Palatine hill, and visit the magical Pantheon – which is open until 7:30pm (last entrance 7:15pm) except on Sundays when it closes at 6pm (last entrance 5:45pm).

The Museums are open to visitors from 7 to 11pm, with the last entrance at 9:30pm to allow time to make your way through the various rooms.

There is a special itinerary including the Pio-Clementine Museum, the Egyptian Museum, the Upper Galleries (Candelabra, Tapestries and Maps), the Raphael’s Rooms, the Borgia Apartment, the Collection of Modern Religious Art and of course the wonderful Sistine Chapel.

If seeing the fascinating interiors of the Colosseum is your top priority then you will be very pleased to find out that the Colosseum is open at night until midnight almost every day in 2019!

The special entrance called Colosseum By Night allows visitors to experience the 2000 year old Ancient Roman architectural wonder from 8pm to 12midnight Monday through Saturday from April until October 2019.
